IS THERE A FEE TO REMOVE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED FILM?
Yes, the price to remove old film is 50% of the total price to install new film (e.g. if the cost to install new film is $160, it will be $80 to remove old film)
SHOULD I WASH OR CLEAN MY WINDOWS PRIOR TO SERVICE?
No need. We'll take care of that for you!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TINT MY VEHICLE?
The amount of time varies, depending on your type of vehicle and how many windows you want tinted. A complete car can take 2 to 3 hours. Full-sized trucks generally take between an hour and an hour and a half. If old aftermarket film has to be removed, that can add anywhere from 30 minutes to half a day.
DO I NEED TO WAIT TO ROLL MY WINDOWS DOWN?
Yes, we recommend leaving your windows rolled up at least 72 hrs. This allows the film to cure and adhere to the glass properly. If your vehicle is parked in direct sunlight it would speed up the drying process. During winter months we recommend leaving your windows rolled up 5 days.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS?
After your windows have been tinted always clean with ammonia-free products. Vinegar and water is a popular and safe way to clean your windows.
DO I NEED TO COME TO YOUR LOCATION TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TINTED?
We prefer to have your windows tinted in our facility to prevent outside factors from interfering with the final product but we do offer mobile service within Campbell County.
IS THE TINT APPLIED ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY WINDOW?
No, in most cases window film is installed on the inside of the glass. This allows for maximum durability.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL LIMIT OF TINT?
Ketucky 2020
Sedans:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in.
Back Side windows: Must allow more than 18% of light in.
SUVs:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 35% of light in.
Back Side windows: Must allow more than 8% of light in.
Indiana 2020
Sedans:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 30% of light in.
Back Side windows: Must allow more than 30% of light in.
SUVs:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 30% of light in.
Back Side windows: Any darkness can be applied several (unspecified) inches from the top of the window.
Ohio 2020
Sedans:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 50% of light in.
Back Side windows: Any darkness can be used.
SUVs:
Front Side windows: Must allow more than 50% of light in.
Back Side windows: Any darkness can be used.

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. We will advise you on whether or not certain tint is right for you, but once our work is completed we do not offer any refunds.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, all our products come with a limited lifetime guarantee. Limited Lifetime Warranty covers color stability and against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle. Warranty does not cover scratches.
